I utilized the services of 1111 HVAC to remove an outdated furnace and non-functional air conditioning unit, upgrade and reroute the ductwork from a closet to the attic, install a new attic heat pump, smart thermostat, and add a bathroom exhaust fan. The team was responsive, worked diligently, and kept me informed throughout the project. They were respectful of the house and completed the work efficiently. Overall, it was a solid experience with good craftsmanship. I would recommend their services.
If I could, I would give 10 stars. If you're seeking someone honest, knowledgeable, and kind, then Jesse and his team are the ones to hire. He provided multiple, detailed solutions for what could work best for my mother's home. His communication was excellent, and he is simply the best HVAC company around. My mother's home is now well-taken care of, and we couldn't be more satisfied with Jesse and his company.
Jesse is undoubtedly the best person for the job. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuine, which is a rare combination. He goes above and beyond to answer all questions, and if needed, he further researches information to provide to me or my clients. He responds promptly to text messages. I have hired him for my own homes, rentals, and many other client homes. I highly recommend him, and I feel fortunate to have him in my contacts.
Jesse and his team did an amazing and exceptional job. They arrived as scheduled and installed our new air conditioning unit and furnace in a single day. They even went the extra mile by fixing a shorted wire in the wall near the thermostat. I cannot recommend them enough. They provided great pricing and excellent service.
I wish I could give 6 stars! We couldn't have asked for more from Jesse and his team. They were exceptional in every way. We purchased a home with an old, 35-year-old furnace but no air conditioning.
