Updating my review since I’m not allowed to add a 2nd review: I had Airtime come out again. They replaced some old shutoff valves under a sink and replaced a vanity that had been damaged by water. They were just as reliable and professional as the first time. Great company to work with all around. Highly recommend. Airtime helped me out when a sink leak had the potential to turn into a much bigger issue. They were very responsive and quick to send someone out to address the issues. They also worked with me to take preventive steps to minimize future pipe leaks. The team they sent out were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will definitely be using Airtime for future HVAC and plumbing needs.
After 30 yrs of service, my home HVAC system finally breathed its last. I needed to replace the whole thing. I decided to get three bids and down-select. By the time I had two excellent bids, I felt that No. 2 was my best bet. But, true to myself and my wonderful wife, I met with a third company to ensure I did my, "three bid" due diligence. That company I chose was AirTime Plumbing Heating and Air. When Brandon Crowe (sp?) arrived, I was of the mindset that I knew who I was going with so let's just go thru the motions to get to the next step. Within 20 mins, Brandon had calmly, quietly won me over on both he and his company. He was technically superior and his price was more attractive. From there, it was like a fairy tale script. Leadup to the install was easy as I had instant access to Brandon and anyone else in the company the whole time. They all seemed so happy to work with me. They arrived on the appointed day, right on time in a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter van painted/wrapped in their company colors and logos. They all wore AirTime uniforms. It spelled success. Again, the crew was all smiles, wonderfully courteous and eminently capable. In about seven hours they removed and replaced my old 5 ton system in pieces, showing me everything as it was headed to the truck. How they dug it out of the attic, I'll never know. The new system is incredibly quiet, easy to control with the new digital thermostat with Bluetooth pairing on my phone. They walked me through everything with the patience of Job. Bless them, Michael, Brayton and Lupe! And, Pedro, one of the owners. He came by to shake hands and connect. I learned that he and I are both recent cancer survivors. We shared our stories which was very special to me. On top of that, when we tried to feed them lunch, we learned that Pedro had already provided his crew with food. So, we went and got 85 deg pastries for them. We feel like we made new friends. We are looking forward to the bi-annual visits to check out the system to keep it in top shape each year. I couldn't be happier. These guys are the "real deal", I highly recommend them if you live in the Oceanside/North County area. They have a bi-annual maintenance/service program which enables the warranty. I joined that so I wouldn't have to worry about the system anymore. Airtime is now one of our "family jewels".
Service representative, Frank came out and provided several options to work for my situation on our Tankless Water Heater. Very helpful. We needed to realign the old Navien NPE-180A up 4-6 inches, move copper pipe to allow for more room. Decided to upgrade because water in kitchen and bathrooms take a few minutes (several) to heat up (wastes water in kitchen and bathrooms) and my old model didn't have the specialized pump. The new Navien NPE-240A2 is the upgraded version and it would save on labor costs by replacing the older one (8 years old and still working) for what we needed. The service technicians Frank and Ray did a great job! They were kind and helpful especially for what I needed to provide a little better space in my laundry area. Frank also identified the condensation line was not properly installed from a previous plumbing company. Also, when they were checking the heating of the water in the kitchen, they identified the connections needed replacement due to the corrosion and the cold connection actually broke off. They repaired the items at no additional cost. The new Navien unit NPE 240A2 looks so much better along with the special pump in the kitchen. Now the hot water only takes a few seconds now instead of 4-5 minutes. Yay!!! Airtime did such a great job that we are having them come back next week to install the Halo-5 Water Filtration system. We don't want any pipes to corrode further and this will help to eliminate the corrosion. They are offered a discount too since we purchased both systems. The service and installation was absolutely outstanding and on time! Will definitely set up the maintenance plan too. Thank you Frank, Ray and Keith! Looking forward to the new Halo-5 Filtration system.
Airtime Heating & Air recently installed a new furnace at my home. The team did a great job. They were all extremely polite and professional and communicated well. One thing I really appreciated was Airtime's email system. When the technician is on their way, Airtime sends an email with a photo and bio of the person(s) coming to your property. Today, Pedro came by to check on the system and walked me through the details of properly operating the system. Pedro was very patient and took the time to make sure I understood how the system works. Overall, I'm very happy with the services provided by Airtime and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
David was very responsive and right on time. He phoned and texted me when he was on the way. He was very thorough and we were extremely impressed with him. Would highly recommend him and this company.
