Ricardo was very thorough and helpful. He adjusted the vent angles for better airflow and checked the coolant levels, which he confirmed were at the right levels. Service Technician Rick was extremely friendly and helpful. He had my best interests in mind, guiding me through the signs to look for to ensure my unit was running well. He identified the issue with my unit and provided me with a great price, which I was satisfied with, and proceeded to fix the problem. While inspecting the rest of the system, he also gave me tips on how I could improve the system's performance by simply changing a filter, something I was unaware of. The service was amazing, the advice was very useful, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them for any future service needs.
Ricardo is a true superhero! He is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Coming to the rescue on the hottest day of the year, with a late Friday notification and discovering more complex issues than initially thought, he still managed to find a solution. I am very impressed with the work done by the two male technicians who came to my house today. They are true professionals and did an excellent job. On 5/24/24, the two technicians who worked on my house for the clean blower motor and switch installation were very kind and knowledgeable.
