Nick from Austin Air recently installed a complete central heating and air conditioning system throughout my entire house. We chose a 3-Ton York outdoor unit with an FAU and ductwork in the attic, along with ceiling vents. Not only was his pricing very reasonable after we obtained four other quotes, but he also took the time to discuss all the options and how he could configure the system to meet our needs. His installation team and technicians did an amazing job, maintaining professionalism and care for the house during the process. They checked in with me daily to ensure the placement of the vents and the installation was progressing as discussed. They completed the entire project in just 5 days, which was highly impressive, and the system works flawlessly. I've never had full air conditioning before, and now that we have it for the whole house, it's wonderful to turn on the heating or cooling, and the entire house reaches the set temperature within 10 to 20 minutes. The indoor and outdoor units operate very quietly, and there is no loud return duct noise due to the two return ducts installed. I'm extremely satisfied with Austin Air's installation and the work they've done, and I will be contacting them if this new unit ever requires service or has any issues, but so far, it has been functioning perfectly since the installation. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
