Bill was excellent! He was already very knowledgeable with EV chargers and took extra time to look up my specific car make and model. He even called the dealership to help me adjust the charging settings and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He truly went above and beyond. This was a huge relief after a previous electrician charged me and didn’t actually fix the issue. Honest, thorough, and professional—highly recommend Bill for any EV charger needs!!
Aron was great. We had a long list of items and he was able to troubleshoot every one of them. We've had other electricians out to the house who weren't half as helpful. And as a bonus, he was great with our dogs (one of whom is very bossy), even bringing his own dog treats. Tina was super friendly and got us booked asap. Will be using B. Henry's from here on out.
When I reached out to B Henry, I received prompt response and got an appointment easily. The electrician who came was super nice, efficient and was able to complete all the repairs in one visit. I think the amount charged was fair as well. I would use B Henry again when the need arises.
Bill has always bent over backwards to help me out with electrical challenges no matter how busy he is with all his other customers. Most recent Bill worked very hard to get my solar upgraded to try and meet the cut off date for the 30% rebate. Unfortunately thru my fault we didn't make the deadline.
We highly recommend B Henry's Quality Electric; we are always happy with the work completed. It was a challenge to get our new ceiling fan working properly, and we appreciate the time they took to solve the problem. Bill checks in to make sure the job went smoothly and to let him know he's always available for a consult. His crews are polite, and you can tell they want to do the best job possible.
