He responds quickly and is hardworking, intelligent, respectful, and friendly. He can assess the situation and fix the problem efficiently. Ivan is very smart and great at trouble shooting all sorts of repair needs. In addition he always follows up to make sure the repaired appliance is working well. Ivan is amazing and so reliable. He responds quickly to concerns, he gives options and gets the job done promptly. My dishwasher was broken but the part was no longer available and he offered to try but also helped me find a new one to replace it and even offered to help install if that wasn't included in the price. He's fair, efficient and extremely easy to work with. 10/10 recommend
