Knowing we needed to replace our entire HVAC system, we interviewed several companies, including Central Air Services. They outcompeted their rivals by proposing a new system at a substantially lower price than the other estimates. When Kevin came to assess our needs, he took the time to explain the process and options without any high-pressure sales tactics. In fact, based on our specific situation and household requirements, Kevin thoughtfully suggested more affordable options that would better suit our needs. Three technicians completed the installation in a single day. Kevin also supervised the process. All four individuals were highly professional, courteous, friendly, tidy, and demonstrated exceptional expertise. They wore protective booties and thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. The next day, they waited at our home for hours during the HERS testing and city inspection.
