I literally cannot say enough good things about Central California Air. I was originally working with another AC company who quoted me an absolutely crazy insane price for a to replace the ducts in my house. It was so much money that after the guy left I was struggling to not get emotional because I just had no idea how I was going to come up with those funds. I would have had to take out a 20 year loan! I decided to get a second, and a third, and a fourth, and a fifth opinion and boy am I glad I did. Let’s forget about the price for a minute. The owner, Luis, is a very solid and stand-up man. He will tell you about his values and how he doesn’t like to take advantage of people. It’s not just talk! He backed up his words with promises by saving me $14,000.00! Imagine if I had just accepted the first quote I got from the red van guys. Literally the exact same job for $14,000.00 less. I still can’t believe it. Also, no waiting. Once I agreed his team was at my house literally the next morning. The whole crew was fast, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and my wife and I felt comfortable with them in our home. They asked me multiple times is this okay? How do you feel about that? Acceptable? Do you want us to change this? I truly felt like they wanted and valued my feedback, that my satisfaction was not only a goal but a necessity. After the job was done Luis inspected the work and pointed out some things he wanted tweaked that even I missed, which I just thought was outstanding. Luis told me to call him literally any time there is a problem, that they stand behind their work, and I believe him. I’ll tell you one thing – Central California Air has a customer for life, and if you’re seriously considering working with anybody else then not only are you overpaying, you’re also crazy.
Really great customer service. Came to my house same day even though it was later in the day and job was done next day. He found me an alternative unit that saved me so much money. They are in the business to help and not just make money. Highly recommend. Job well done!! We are not freezing anymore.

Our heater stopped working so after looking online I made an appt. with Central California Air Inc., using their website.. they came out the next day to fix it and pretty quickly, at that. Their fee to come out and give a quote was lower than other companies as well. I highly recommend!
