The work was neat and clean, and the crew led by Mark was courteous, professional, and worked efficiently despite the rainy weather. They were organized and completed the project on schedule. Mark even offered to install a toilet during our bathroom remodel and provided a grab bar for my father who had just left the hospital. The administrative staff member, Dori, was wonderful and helpful, assisting me with all the paperwork and scheduling the required inspections for rebates and incentives. Cherry Hill Plumbing replaced three toilets in our home. Two of them were covered by the city's low-flow replacement program, and one was purchased separately as the city-provided toilets did not fit under a banjo countertop. The installer, Lukas, was very professional, efficient, and did an excellent job.

That same evening, he contacted me for more information, and the issue was resolved by Tuesday.
