Two technicians arrived and spent over an hour conducting extensive diagnostics and making several adjustments. They determined that the primary issue was the gas pressure inlet from the city, which was set above the manufacturer's recommended level. They reset the gas inlet, ran the unit for over 30 minutes, and confirmed that everything was functioning perfectly. The total charge for more than two hours of work was only $260.00, which I felt was very reasonable. Craig and Tyler were exceptionally honest, professional, and kind, even when my grandson kept interrupting them. They remained patient and polite throughout. Many other companies might have pressured me to purchase an expensive new furnace, but they did not, as they do not engage in such practices.
