Shane from Caruso Plumbing did an EXCELLENT JOB yesterday draining and refilling my water heater. But even better, he installed a new toilet in my master bathroom!! He did a WONDERFUL JOB! I just can’t say enough good things about Shane and Caruso!! I touched base with their office several times to make sure they were still scheduled with me AND to make sure I had everything they may need. Shane had been to my home previously and he did such a GOOD JOB!!! I give him and them 5 stars!!!
Sterling was absolutely fantastic. He showed up early, was professional from start to finish, and quickly fixed our dishwasher without any issues. What really stood out was that he didn’t just stop there — he asked if there was anything else we needed help with and even took care of a toilet issue in the bathroom while he was here. He’s incredibly easy to work with, friendly, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend this company again, and I would specifically request Sterling. Truly top-notch service.
“Shane the Drain”! What a great name, and one that no one will forget. Shane called, and asked if he could arrive 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and did. When you have plumbing problems, that’s definitely a plus! An hour or so later, our new garbage disposal has been installed, and our slow drain had been snaked and opened. We are back to normal! Sane was professional and personable, and did a great job. Another plus? In these days of “we have an opening next week”, Curoso Plumbing was able to come out the very next day. From start to finish, this was an excellent plumbing experience. Thank you, Curoso and Shane the Drain.
I had an amazing experience with my water heater service. He was a very respectful and provided a very fast service. He gave a run down on everything you was doing with professionalism, and gave any answers to any questions I needed answered! Sterling was a very great man and would definitely recommend him!
Sterling was a true professional - and the expert you want in your corner when your hot water heater goes out over a holiday weekend. Unlike the other “big guys” Sterling always picked up- even on a Sunday- and helped diagnose the problem so a part could be ordered and installed as soon as he received it. What a difference it makes to talk to a real person unlike some of the AI customer service “agents” who were of no help at all. We are Super grateful to have our hot water back up and running, thank you Sterling and Curoso Plumbing for being open over the weekend when the others were not- and for bringing back customer service to home serices!
