Tyler was prompt, figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and even found a burned area and fixed that as well. He did a wonderful job, and I have already recommended Dennis Heating and Air to quite a few friends. Thanks for a job well done!
I live in Martinez and had been having problems with my heater after my landlord had sent two people previously I decided to search on my own. I had a fantastic experience with Dennis. From the first phone call to fixing my heater, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dennis arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The heater works great now and has made a huge difference in comfort. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing heating services
Amazing experience! Our technician James was super informative, answered all my questions and all my husband’s questions (he was on the phone). He showed me the piece that was replaced, what was wrong with it and what it was supposed to look like. We will definitely be calling and requesting James again! Thank you Dennis Heating and Air Conditioning Inc and thank you James!

Had found these guys online and with all good the reviews I thought it would be great. They had a really nice receptionist and that's where the good ends and the stupidity begins. First off I can never get an actual appointment time it's just kinda whenever. Second when the dude first got here he spent about 2 maybe 3 hours sitting in the hallway on a dirty mud coveted bucket which got all over the place but wasn't too big of a deal the thing was he couldn't find a motor so instead of letting his parts guy track it down and heading back to the shop he wanted to sit around a few hours. After that they said they would give me a call back the next day, which they didn't, and I ended up having to wait all weekend while my own family member froze in their house, luckily they had a heating blanket. Not only that but I had asked about a quote for replacing the whole thing if they couldn't find a motor but they never gave me one and then once they found the motor they asked if I still wanted to quote like I don't need it anymore if you guys already found a new motor. Then once they came back they realize they couldn't even mount it and had to find a way to mount it in because the aftermarket motor didn't have the right bracket. Then after all that they finally got it installed and blowing hot air but now it makes a constant high pitched noise and is absurdly annoying. I called back in to see if they could at least take care of that and the same guy came out but this time with his "supervisor" and they basically said that's the way the motor is, most likely because it's aftermarket. So glad we get to live with that awesome noise whenever it gets cold out. Call someone else if you have heating issues because I sure will.
