Jeff was extremely professional in his conduct. He worked with us to coordinate the service appointment for the replacement of our ice maker, accommodating our schedules. The Redwood Gospel Missions organization is very satisfied with the service and staff at Gold Ridge Appliance. Kenn from Gold Ridge Appliance came to our home this morning to assess the issues with the burners on our 20-year-old Whirlpool stove. The burners were not igniting properly and the flames were very low. Kenn cleaned them with a small file, which resolved the problem and restored the burners to full functionality.
