I called Grizzly for a second opinion because something about the initial quote didn't sit right with me. Technician Trey was extremely thorough and honest in his assessment. He showed us photos and patiently answered all of our questions. It turned out that only one specific part needed replacement, unlike the previous quote where they suggested replacing the entire system without being certain of the problem. The incorrect part was initially ordered, so we had to reschedule, but Dana went the extra mile to provide us with a portable heater in the meantime. Once the right part arrived, the repair was completed, and our heating/thermostat are now functioning properly. Trey provided excellent service, and the customer service overall was outstanding.
