I had an exceptional experience working with Caleb Walsh and his team at Home Run Heating and Air. Caleb was courteous, efficient, and exceptionally communicative throughout the entire project. He went the extra mile, swiftly replacing a furnace component and even completing a same-day air filter replacement. The level of attentiveness was truly outstanding, with Caleb combining professionalism and genuine kindness in a rare manner. I will enthusiastically recommend him to any friends or family in need of heating or air services this winter. I am highly impressed and deeply grateful for the experience.
These professionals were wonderful. They arrived the same day, promptly fixed my heater, and demonstrated exceptional expertise in their work. The technician, Caleb, was friendly, professional, and productive. He worked quickly and restored my system to perfect working order. Although I have a home warranty for my air conditioning, I would choose to work with this company again without hesitation. It was money well spent.
Home Run Heating and Air provided outstanding customer service! Scott Renaud, our service technician, did a fantastic job performing a safety inspection on our furnace. He was highly professional yet also very pleasant. While recommending a parts replacement, he was not pushy or alarmist, but rather respectful in his approach. I will certainly call on Home Run again if we require further assistance.
This was the best experience we've ever had! We will exclusively use Home Run Heating and Air going forward. Caleb was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, clearly prioritizing the customer's best interests. I can confidently assure that there is no need to look elsewhere for your heating and air needs.
Caleb and his team did a truly professional job installing our new heater. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of heater or air conditioning service, repair, or replacement. We feel incredibly fortunate to have connected with Caleb to address our heater issues.
