Hudco took great care of us! We called late Friday needing service on a thermostat that didn’t work. Kiki came out Monday morning. checked several things, identified a mouse had chewed on some wires and it had blown a circuit. He replaced the circuit, taped over the wires, put everything back together again. Problem quickly assessed and solved.
Kind, honest HVAC team. Our AC was having issues, Burgesons said we need an entirely new AC unit… $10k Hudson came out and $100 later we are nice and cool. So refreshing to find honest folks out there!
I have been using Hudco for years. The company is great to work with, honest, and does a wonderful job. Among other things that are great about Hudco are that the staff is easy to speak to when calling and scheduling an appointment, the company does not overcharge you and has reasonable prices, and it provides quality work. I came across this great company thru internet search. Not a big company because they don't go after your wallet, they go after your comfort. You will get all five star service for the price according to your wallet/budget. No wonder they have 99.9% 5-Star ratings here. I would recommend HUDCO to all my friends and neighbors. I needed an AC replaced just before July 4th and knowing that long weekend was ahead and nobody will take up the job in such a short notice and to my surprise they did their job and finished on time two days before July 4th. The price was reasonable and the unit that Phil installed is going to save us money in the long run. They finished the installation in 5 hours and after testing it for 6 days I have decided to leave this review here. AC is doing it's job perfectly and the house it cool again. I greatly appreciate Phil's prompt response, communication, details and his concern about our needs. He and his team is great. If you are in the market for an AC you must give them a call to get a free quote. I promise Phil won't disappoint you. I am not posting how much it costed us because everyone has different need in terms of tonnage and brand and capacity ect ect. It all depends on you which and what brand unit you want. Phil will be our go to guy for all our AC problems now.
It was an exceptional experience. I hadn't serviced my furnace in years so, I had some problems. Phil came and looked at it and found several problems. He gave me an estimate and it was VERY reasonable. Then he sent out 2 technicians and they (Kiko and Luke) were very nice people. They kept me informed with what they found and how they will fix it. These two guys are very easy to communicate with. Thank you all so much. I will be using Hudco in the future.
