Our experience with J Martin has been outstanding. Working with Jared was easy, the price was fair, and they came out within just a couple of days to install our whole-house fan. The technicians, Abraham and Frank, were also great to work with. They were careful, cleaned up after themselves, and addressed all our questions. Towards the end of the day, with one of the last customers needing service, the technician realized he didn't have the correct 12x24x1 HVAC filter. Instead of making a quick trip to Home Depot, he decided to forcibly fit a 12x25x1 filter into the opening. He thought no one would notice until the fan kicked on and the filter got stuck in the grate. This is the level of service you can expect.
