I've relied on Fuse HVAC several times within the last 5 years and they have always done excellent work The latest project involved all new furnace, AC and duct work for the main house and a heat pump AC/heat unit for a studio sized space. Eric did a great job of provided multiple estimates/options as we evaluated different possible systems before honing in on our final choice. Andrey managed the install from start to finish, kept the crew working efficiently and made sure everything was done correctly (including coming back to fine-tune a few areas of the installation). Fuse handled everything including the city permits and meeting the inspector for the final sign off. All was done as planned and no surprises between the estimates and invoiced amount. They were very prompt, professional and maintained a high quality of workmanship. They also communicated often to keep us informed of the schedule and were flexible when certain days wouldn't work. As someone who helps with property management and repair I've deal with many different companies and contractors over the years. My usual experience tends to be less than satisfied but Fuse HVAC makes sure you are more than satisfied. Highly recommended!
