I had my Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato serviced here, and the experience was outstanding. Rocket Espresso Support had recommended Yossi, and now I understand why. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely passionate about his work. He even sent me a video and detailed photos of the tune-up, showing exactly what parts were being replaced and the work he performed. The turnaround was incredibly fast (just 2 days before Thanksgiving!), and my machine came back looking pristine and functioning like new. I give 5 stars to Yossi at OZ Espresso for the excellent job he did servicing my Linea Mini and fixing several issues, including a leaking ball valve with heavy mineral buildup, a recurring thermal switch problem, and a water line/tank issue. From the start, he was responsive, honest, and clearly an expert in his craft. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism throughout the entire process. He provided a clear estimate, kept me updated, carefully tested everything, and even shared photos and video of the machine running properly before I picked it up.
