I had an exceptional experience working with Plum HVAC. After my 66-year-old Carrier gas furnace finally retired, I decided to replace it with a Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system. Sam and Natalie went above and beyond to assist me in filing my HEEHRA application just before the TechClean deadline for Northern California, with Natalie proactively reminding me of the deadline, reviewing my application, and pointing out errors, showcasing their commitment to helping customers save money. Sam was straightforward, responsive, and open to my ideas, such as installing the outdoor unit in the side yard instead of the backyard, which he facilitated. The installation crew was meticulous, professional, and respectful, wearing N95 masks and protective suits when necessary, and thoroughly cleaning the work areas after each day's work. Jake emphasized quality over speed, and it was evident they took pride in their work, even going the extra mile to hide the electrical wiring behind the pipes, maintaining a clean and aesthetic appearance. We are very pleased with the service provided by Plum HVAC. Their crew was highly efficient and pleasant to work with, explaining the process throughout the two-day project to remove the existing gas furnace and electric AC unit and install a new heat pump unit in the attic, along with new ducts. Natalie was fantastic in guiding us to qualify for the available rebates by converting to a heat pump system. Any questions or requests are best addressed by email to both Sam and Natalie. Given their exceptional work, I am now trying to convince a family member to use Plum HVAC when their system needs replacement.
