Although the technician was running late, they kept me informed by text and call, providing an updated arrival time. The technician, Carlos, was great. He determined I only needed a new filter, but he thoroughly inspected the system and honestly advised me to wait until summer to schedule a maintenance visit so they could properly test everything. He could have recommended additional services, but he didn't, which I appreciated. I will definitely continue using Prime Air for any HVAC needs. They have demonstrated honesty, fairness, and excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them.
