I had a pleasant encounter with Scott and his crew. After another local company assessed a leak, Scott visited to evaluate the necessary steps to fix the issue. He presented me with multiple options, which aided my decision-making process for the repairs. His partner arrived during the scheduled time and completed the repair in approximately 5.5 hours, faster than I had anticipated. Since the plumbing was rerouted, I have not encountered any further problems. I extend my gratitude to the Proper Plumbing team for their excellent service.
Scott provided an exceptional and expedient installation of our new water softener system. A few weeks prior, he visited to provide a quote and was willing to outline various options based on our preferences, a key factor in our decision to choose Proper Plumbing as they tailored the project to our specific needs. We were then able to schedule the installation on our preferred date. Scott is friendly and highly knowledgeable, addressing the numerous questions we had about the system since we were new to water softeners. In addition to the water softener, he also installed new laundry angle stops, a water regulator, and a water leak detector for us. We are thoroughly impressed with his work and would enthusiastically recommend Scott and Proper Plumbing to others. My sensitive skin and I are greatly appreciative, Scott!
The two plumbers, Scott and Caleb, arrived on time, demonstrated extensive knowledge, and were easy to converse with. They explained all the options and advised on prioritizing the issues versus those that could wait. They promptly resolved my drainage problem using the simplest method. Furthermore, they provided bundled pricing rather than itemizing each job or equipment separately. My daughter has also been satisfied with their work.
Scott from Proper Plumbing was pivotal. He assessed our needs, matched us with a whole-house water filtration system, and provided his professional expertise and knowledge, as well as the cost of ownership and operations, in a customer-friendly manner.
I had a wonderful experience with Proper Plumbing. Scott visited my home and reviewed all the plumbing issues I was facing in my bathrooms and kitchen. He provided three different quotes with varying price points, based on what I wanted him to address, as some problems were more urgent than others. I chose to have him resolve everything, and I'm glad I did. The prices were fair, and he even included a few extra services at no additional cost. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and honest. I highly recommend this company.
