Our water pressure regulator was leaking, and I received a prompt response and quote. Sammy came out almost within an hour. He did an excellent job replacing the water pressure reducer itself and the associated connections, even though they weren't the leaking part. He performed the work exceptionally well. A broken water heater on New Year's Day is not an ideal situation. Fortunately, Sammy from Quick Water Heater came to our aid. He arrived about an hour after we had contacted the company and provided photos and information on our broken unit. Sammy set up a work station, began the removal and replacement of our old water heater, and completed the job smoothly while respecting our home. I would turn to Quick Water Heater again. Great emergency service, although there was a surcharge for the holiday.
