The overwhelmingly positive reviews make me feel like I'm in a different reality. While I'm glad others have had positive experiences, I'm confused as to why my experience has been so negative. It's been over a month, and they still haven't resolved the issue. Being without heat in the winter in Los Angeles is incredibly challenging, and the temporary solutions have not been enough. I'm pretty sure I've become ill due to the constant cold. Not only have they failed to fix the problem, but they've also caused additional damage, including to the wall, floorboard, door, and door frame, as well as leaving an unsightly gap from cutting a hole that was too large for an air filter. They haven't shared a plan with me to address these issues. They also convinced my landlord that my small one-bedroom unit needed an industrial-strength unit that sounds like a plane taking off, making it impossible to listen to music or watch movies. After they claimed the unit was working, it then stopped functioning, and even when it did turn on, it wasn't working correctly. The lack of technical expertise is concerning, but the unprofessional conduct of their crew is even worse. They've entered my home without knocking, stared at me while I was changing, left the door open letting in pests, and failed to follow basic hygiene and cleanliness practices. I've had to do extensive cleaning after their visits, and it's still winter, and the issue remains unresolved.
