Justin and Jenn are dedicated, trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable. I brought in an iPhone 13 with a stuck power button and a 2017 MacBook Pro needing a battery replacement, and both experiences were exceptional. Their prompt repairs saved me from having to purchase brand new, expensive devices. I want to highlight the MacBook Pro battery replacement, as Apple's policies for third-party providers can be quite tricky. Serviceware provided a reasonable, transparent quote that included all costs, unlike Apple's misleading pricing. When Apple later damaged other components during their repair and tried to charge me, Serviceware advocated on my behalf and convinced Apple to replace the additional parts at no extra cost to me. I'm incredibly grateful I chose Serviceware, as dealing with Apple directly would have been a nightmare.
