Half of our home was flooded due to a laundry room incident. We contacted various mitigation companies and selected David's team. They provided very professional and reliable service. Their work was clean, timely, and accompanied by great communication. We called Servpro of El Dorado Hills and had a very positive experience. There was a change in the team on the second day, but they still performed well. Arturo, the General Manager, came to collect the equipment and discovered a separate leak under our kitchen sink. He kindly left the equipment overnight to dry out the sink area. The next day, Stonewall checked the moisture levels, which were still slightly high in one small area. Arturo then thoroughly inspected the house and left the equipment for one more day to ensure complete drying.
