We had a mini split installed by Matt and Jojo. Both technicians were very professional and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided. We also had a follow-up appointment with Arleen, the technician, and we were very happy with her as well. Great employees! We are very pleased with the friendliness, courtesy, and expertise of the Shasta Heating and Air team members. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and thoroughly inspect all the necessary components in the unit. They ordered the blower motor the same day, and it was expected to arrive in about a week. We are highly satisfied with how everything unfolded and the final outcome. When the technician, Arlene, returned to replace the blower motor and run capacitor, it was another very pleasant experience, with the same great quality of service.
