I highly recommend Simi heating and air conditioning. I had to replace my HVAC system multiple times in the past, and the last time I replaced it with Simi heating. My previous HVAC systems did not last more than a couple of years each. From the very beginning, the technicians who came out were professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I have only positive and remarkable things to say about Craig and Anthony. The quality of the HVAC system they installed is amazing. Anthony is always prepared to come out anytime I need him. He even came out at 7:00 in the evening when I told him the unit wasn't working, and it turned out to be my own mistake. He was so kind to come out after a long day and patiently explain what I had done incorrectly. My husband is a disabled veteran, and they did everything they could to expedite the HVAC installation in the middle of summer so he would be comfortable. I cannot praise this company and Craig and Anthony enough! Thank you for making my, hopefully, last HVAC replacement the best experience I've had.
My heater stopped working on a Friday. I called Simi Heating & Air the same day, and they arrived just a few hours later. They inspected the unit and provided me with several options. The very next day, I had a brand new heater installed! I couldn't have asked for more. Shortly after, a new AC unit was also installed. I can't say enough good things about the people and the company. Everything went smoothly from start to finish! I highly recommend Simi Heating & Air.
