Gary is a great guy who did an excellent job. He cleaned my dryer vent and explained the entire process. He provided a quote for the job and spent the next 2 hours cleaning the vent tube, installing a new vent hose and vent cover for the outside, as well as cleaning and inspecting the clothes dryer. After the cleaning, he said I don't need to call him for 2 years. He arrived on time for the appointment and texted me before arriving. It was a good experience overall.
The technician, Mathias, was competent, punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was very beneficial to have the back of the dryer thoroughly cleaned, primarily of lint. However, I was disappointed that the dryer's back pressure only dropped from 0.72 to 0.59 after the cleaning. Since 0.60 back pressure is considered 'restrictive' by your own standards, I'm barely below that threshold after the cleaning. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations that the cleaning would significantly lower the exhaust duct back pressure.
