I would never choose anyone other than Russel Saiz. A year ago, I contacted a reputable HVAC/Plumbing company to fix my heater, and they provided a quote of $1,680. They claimed I needed a new motherboard and another part costing $900. I then called Russel for a second opinion, and his quote was only $740 for the entire job. Russel determined that I did not need a new motherboard and even deducted a small amount after ordering parts and repairing my heater the very next day. After getting to know Russel, I have found him to be a highly trustworthy and honest individual. I apologize for the late review, but I am grateful for his exceptional service.
