I had a very unpleasant experience. I brought in my iPad, and they told me they would have a diagnostic completed within 2 days. However, every time I called to check on the status, the person on the line kept making up excuses about being too busy, and just told me to come pick up my tablet. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and professional repair center, this is not the place you want to go. In the end, I had to pick up my tablet because they were unable to fix it after more than a week.
