When I returned home today my house was freezing. I went to check the thermostat and it was flashing “battery.” I changed the batteries and still nothing happened. I called TMC and they said they could get someone out in a couple of hours. Shortly after my phone call I received a text saying someone would be here in 20 minutes. Actually, Mike and Tim arrived within 10 minutes. They checked the thermostat and determined that it needed to be replaced and they also checked everything on the outside unit and determined it needed a new part. They showed me the part being replaced and explained the problem. I approved the repairs and they were made to the unit. Also, a new thermostat was installed and programmed and my house is now toasty warm. Mike and Tim were professional, personable, and efficient. The charges were for today’s service and my semi annual system check. I have been having TMC service my system for years. I trust them and they have never disappointed me..
TMC has serviced my unit for a few yrs now. I try to have them come out twice a year and they never disappoint me. Technician always takes his time to explain if anything is wrong. Always great customer service.I highly recommend!
A few months back my wife and I were going back and forth with another HVAC company concerning some existing warrantied parts on our system that this one particular company had installed some years back. After going back and forth a few times and getting nowhere we decided to try TMC and get their professional opinion. Not only did I get an honest assessment at a reasonable price, I was also given the necessary information to communicate to the prior HVAC company concerning the warrantied parts, to which they promptly replaced. I would not have been able to get these issue resolved without the help from Tim at TMC Heating and Cooling. I will definitely be contacting TMC if and when I have any HVAC needs in the future.
Our first experience with TMC has been excellent. They were able to come out quickly and diagnosed the issue and provide feedback on the condition of our roof units. I highly recommend.
I had another company come out and do a service on my 4 year old unit. And told me it was starting on high amps. TMC tech came out Adolfo came out to diagnose my unit he found no problem with my system. He and his company basically saved me about $375.00 dollars on a part I didn’t need. So I immediately fired Derek Sawyers and hired TMC. I appreciate their honesty
