We have relied on Woodland Heating and Air for our heating and cooling needs for many years. Although I rarely write reviews, I submitted a request through their website on Sunday evening. By Monday at 11:30 am, they had dispatched a technician who promptly resolved the issue with my heater. In contrast to larger HVAC companies that often try to sell unnecessary services or enroll customers in maintenance plans, this local business provides excellent service, demonstrates deep expertise, and offers great value. I would recommend skipping the gimmicks from other providers and opting for their reliable and knowledgeable team.
Homeowners typically only replace their HVAC system when it is no longer functioning properly, and the Woodland Heating & Air Conditioning team is ready to address any such problems. In a single day, they replaced my 23-year-old system and installed a whole-house fan, which has greatly improved my home's comfort. The team members are friendly, helpful, and highly skilled. They also assisted me with other tasks around the house that I was unable to handle myself. I was very impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
Ron and his crew replaced our 25-year-old HVAC unit and 45-year-old ductwork with a new, energy-efficient dual-fuel system, an Ecobee smart thermostat, and R8-rated ductwork. We are extremely satisfied with the new equipment, the quality of the installation, and Ron's professionalism and integrity, as well as that of his team. We highly recommend Woodland Heating and Air for all HVAC-related needs.
Wyatt and Ron were excellent in their annual servicing of my HVAC system. They are flexible, professional, and reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair.
Wyatt and Andrew were great technicians. They even arrived slightly earlier than expected. They thoroughly explained the work they were performing, made helpful suggestions, and informed me of what to expect for future preventive maintenance visits.
