I had a somewhat difficult project—installing a dual-zone HVAC system in a house that wasn’t exactly designed for it. From the start, the owner took the time to walk through multiple options with me, explaining the pros and cons of each. He was thorough, patient, and ultimately came up with a smart approach that worked well for the layout of the house. The installation crew was excellent. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They also took care to keep things tidy and picked up after themselves each day, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, a great experience and I’m very happy with the results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
Art of Comfort is an outstanding company. My 24-year-old furnace finally gave out when one of the motors failed, and we had already been noticing poor efficiency and much longer heating cycles. It was clearly time for a new system. After doing our research and reading reviews across multiple websites, we concluded that Art of Comfort was one of the best options. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment, and David arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected our old furnace, explained the situation clearly, and walked us through two options: repair the existing system or replace it. Given the age of the system and the uncertainty around how long a repair would last, we decided to move forward with a full system replacement (furnace, AC, and coils). The replacement was scheduled for the very next day. Julian and Jose arrived right on time and immediately began dismantling the old system while the new equipment was en route. Once the new system arrived, the installation was completed by the end of the day. They were highly skilled, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. By the end of the day, the new system was fully set up, tested, and we ran multiple heating and cooling cycles to confirm everything was working perfectly. Art of Comfort did an amazing job, especially on such short notice. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement.
What a refreshing experience working with Art of Comfort! Fernando and Cal were very professional & thorough when installing an entirely new HVAC system. They obviously care about their work. This was such an excellent experience. David came out, assessed my hearing system, and gave me clear and accurate information and advice about it. He also sat down with me and helped me think through a path forward in terms of needed service and replacement. I was so impressed by his expertise and kindness. I look forward to using him in the future for service and replacement needs. I had another company come out a few days earlier to look at the same issue and in stark contrast I got unclear advice, a rush to replace the system immediately and a pretty hard sell. I am so glad that I had the Art or Comfort come out for a second opinion and recommend them wholeheartedly!
Art of Comfort was extremely responsive when I reached out regarding a heating problem. They were able to send someone out early the next morning. David "Art" arrived promptly and was very helpful. He educated my husband and I on the issue and helped provide advice if we needed to troubleshoot in the future. We will definitely use them again for any HVAC issues.
