When I needed to reschedule, the representative was very friendly and accommodating, demonstrating excellent customer service. When John came to my house, he was professional and respectful of my home. He was highly knowledgeable and addressed all of my numerous questions. He showed me photographs of my rooftop unit and attic when explaining his recommendations. Matthew installed my system about 6 months ago, and he returned last week to perform the maintenance and inspect the system. I cannot say enough good things - I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Matthew as the installer. This heat pump is performing significantly better than my previous system.
