I called Hi-5 and the first thing I noticed, was they actually took the time to listen to me Steve not only went through multiple reasons why my washing machine wasn’t working and had me send a video of the grinding noise. He wasn’t able to troubleshoot from that angle and came to the house yesterday and I could not be happier with this company. The visit was not in my favor, the transmission had failed, and I ordered a new one this morning. I put Steve’s company, head and shoulders above others, because of his “old-school manners “he immediately addressed the problem, explained The working parts, what they should, and shouldn’t look like, and what they should, and shouldn’t sound like.
