Sergey was exceptional in his service. Our dryer had unexpectedly stopped working on Sunday, 10/26, making a dreadful screeching noise. Based on the positive local reviews for Magnet Appliance Repair, I contacted them the next day, 10/27. Although they were busy, they accommodated me and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, 10/29. However, they called back within 30 minutes and were able to fit me in on the same day, 10/27, at 4 pm. Sergey promptly arrived, calling 15 minutes ahead. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts, and fixed the problem within 2 hours. He also repaired the dryer door that my children had bent, restoring its proper closure. Sergey advised that the dryer vent needed cleaning, but did not offer that service himself, instead providing tips on how I could handle it myself or hire a company. When I asked him to replace the dryer belt, he showed me the current one and explained that it was still in excellent condition, demonstrating his honesty and diligence.
